If this were your last breath of life, would you take it knowing that you lived life to your fullest potential? If not, what more would you like to accomplish, add or change in life? Does seeing that goal make you feel happy, or does it leave you feeling anxious?
When we look at important goals we want to meet, sometimes it can seem overwhelming. Everyone of them however, are very much at your reach. If there is a goal that you want, I am here to help you claim it. Once you discover the ‘what’ that you want, you can begin to unfold the ‘why’, and then move toward how you will accomplish this life goal and again, ‘what’ has stopped you thus far and ‘why’. This is where designing a plan of action becomes key. This may sound complicated but it is not. Simpler put; Once you are aware of what you want to add, change and accomplish in life, strategic steps to achieving these goals must be taken if you want them to actually come into fruition.
Many of us already know what they are after in life, and many of us do not. Many of us have no idea how they will accomplish these goals and so it becomes all too encompassing and completely overwhelming. Reasons for feeling overwhelmed come in all shapes and sizes, however, they all derive from your fear, disbelief, lack of support and guidance, and lack of love for oneself. At this stage the mind will even tell you that its never going to happen anyway and before you know it, your once ‘happy goal’ has spun your mind into an anxiety ridden web that has trapped you in and away from your dreams. Your mind has turned your successes into failures before you’ve even gotten to step two. The web gets thick with defeat, because ultimately your true success in life is your happiness. Success equals happiness. True happiness in life is realized when all areas of your life are happy. Mastering the balance in all areas of life will not only keep you on target, but it will be your target. So if happiness is your target, it would be agreeable to say that the negligence of your happiness is truly a sin. Sin means missing the mark. So if you are somewhere off center, being left or right of this target, this is where your failures lay. No matter what your visions are, big or small, career oriented, weight loss desires, family/relationship restoration…whatever they may be, they all have a common denominator…they are all goals that breathe happiness. Each breath of life should bring you happiness. Life happens, and sometimes we will experience circumstances that are beyond our control. This is why it is critical to have a well balanced happy life so that we can overcome and transition through those times of adversity, and even see a happy time within it.
Let’s stop defining the failures, shall we? Let’s hone in on your successes in every breath of life. Begin to see your goals, and make them real in your life. I would like to partner with you as your life coach in finding or redefining your vision, give you a master action plan to get results, and live a life you love. Even up to your last breath of life!
Live in love,
