Enhance All Areas of Your Life

No matter how successful we are or how complete we feel in our relationships, we all have areas in our life that can use enhancement.

How about your health? Is your physical and mental energy level the best it can be?

Do you need enhancement in counter-balancing your career with your loved ones?

Have you mastered quality down-time for yourself?

Does your career feel like work or is your career guided by your purpose?

Can you use spiritual enhancement? Are you doing things that serve your highest Self? Are you fully aware of the consciousness of the soul as it plays in the physical?

Unlock the magic within and awaken your dormant potential. Bridge the gap between where you are today, and where your highest potential awaits!

What if you could start each day with your inner self and your Creator?  And what if you could tune out all mental noise, as you feel every breath of life…knowing that this moment is all there ever is?  And no matter what you experience today, you can always come back to this moment.  And nothing or no one can ever take that away, because this is a timeless gift from God. Accept His gift.  Start each day in peace as you begin to live a life you love.

Start each day in a place free of interruptions.  Find a spot that you can go to at the start of each day.  It need not be a specific amount of time, as each day may differ with different circumstances in life.  The more important thing to focus on is the quality of that time.  The goal for the start of each day is to disconnect from everything and everyone, and just be whole and one with yourself and your Creator.  I suggest this be a place that is peaceful to your eye as well.  Perhaps you may have music that may help you disconnect.  This is fine, however, it should not have any music with lyrics of any kind.  That will be counterproductive as the lyrics will put your mind in thinking mode.  You want to achieve the opposite.

If this “you” time seems impossible because of circumstances, then I suggest that you try and make it happen by making different choices that will give you time alone.  This may mean scheduling it into the start of each day, or communicating to those around you at the start of each day that you need this alone time…before anything else.  Understand, of course, that life happens, and sometimes you will need to tend to something that arises, like an infant that has just woken in his or her crib, or a smoke alarm that has just gone off…that sort of thing.  But for the most part, finding 15, 30, or even 45 minutes at the start of your day is very do-able when you prioritize it and when family members, spouses, children and even pets are aware that this is ‘your’ time and you require it.

The most successful people in the world have mastered this, and have proven the profound affects that this can have on one’s intuitiveness, creativity, passion, energy, motivation, and overall health.  Moreover, they experience the journey, living a life they love as they climb to to next level in competence.  You can too!

So…start each day in peace, and begin to live a life you love.
